Spot Lots Express Series selling from the $270s
DR Horton continues to sell its Sun N Lake Spot Lots homes in Sebring, with Express Series plans such as the Aria, Cali, and Lakeside from about $275,990 and homes from 1,328 square feet. A fall 2026 inventory update pegged the community range at about $275,990 to $323,990, and the sales office is at 5530 Savona Drive.

Sun 'N Lake expands its recreation amenities
The Sun 'N Lake Improvement District is investing in the area's amenity base, breaking ground in January 2026 on a recreation and fitness complex and announcing a roughly $650,000 pool and facilities renovation in July 2026 with a new lap pool and wading pool. The upgrades serve the wider Sun N Lake community that DR Horton builds within.

Separate development agreement canceled
In December 2025 the Sun 'N Lake Improvement District voted to cancel a separate, larger development agreement with DR Horton. The active Sun N Lake Spot Lots community is not part of that canceled agreement and remains now selling.
