Plans from about 1,504 square feet offer three to five bedrooms with homes from about $287,990, including the newer two-story Riviera plan with four bedrooms and three baths from about 2,215 square feet. Sales are based at 3614 Roden Road, with recent listings at 5369 and 5373 Willow Creek.
