DR Horton is actively selling at Fox Branch in the Kathleen area of Lakeland, with the model open at 8522 Cape Fox Cove and homes from about $298,990 to $395,900 across 1,504 to 2,605 square feet. A mid-September 2026 inventory update showed 20 new homes and 11 quick move-in homes listed, with plans from the Allex and Aria up to the two-story Riviera and the five-bedroom Hayden. The community is the DR Horton portion of the roughly 641-home Fox Branch Ranch master plan along Kathleen Road, with M/I Homes building a separate, now-selling section.
