Express plans such as the Allex start from about $272,990, and the lineup also includes the Aria, Cali, Elston, Ensley, Harper, Hayden, Lakeside, and Robie. The sales center is at 2807 Waterlily Way, and amenities include a resort-style pool and cabana, dog park, and tot lot, with the master HOA also providing access to Poinciana parks plus Spectrum bulk cable and internet. Meritage and Maronda build now-selling sections in the same community.
