    DR Horton's Hawthorne Ranch site flags a new phase now selling, and the Pearson townhome, a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath two-story plan from 1,463 square feet, is selling from about $264,990. A mid-2026 inventory update showed six new townhomes and four quick move-in homes listed from about $261,900 to $274,290, and the community amenity center, shared with the other builders in the master plan, includes a pool, cabana, fitness center, and tot lot.
