New phases selling on the Chain of Lakes
DR Horton is selling at Harmony at Lake Eloise in Winter Haven with a new phase now selling, including Phase 4 homes on Gladiola Road. Tradition Series plans from about $252,900 span roughly fifteen layouts across 1,302 to 2,787 square feet, with listings ranging up to about $465,990. The roughly 357-acre master plan on Lake Eloise allows for about 1,163 homes and is building out with a lakeside pool, walking trails, and lake access for kayaking and paddle boating. The sales center is at 1651 Hummingbird Road, and the Casa Fresca section in the same master plan sold out in February 2026.

The Winter Haven City Commission approved vacating the right-of-way of West Lake Eloise Drive to support ongoing construction at Harmony at Lake Eloise, a local-government step tied to the community's build-out along the Chain of Lakes.

The lakefront master plan on Lake Eloise includes walking trails, multiple pocket parks, and planned boat docks for lake access, with the lakefront amenity and retail planned for a later phase. Forestar, DR Horton's land company, started the early phases in 2023.
