DR Horton's site flags a new phase now selling at Cascades in Davenport, a Tradition Series community with a clubhouse, community pool, fitness center, splash pad, dog park, and tot lot. Nine floor plans from the Allex to the Robie span about 1,504 to 2,725 square feet with three to five bedrooms, base prices run from about $306,990 to $420,590, and quick move-in homes are listed from $318,990.
