The Freeport, Freeport II, and Dundee plans offer three to five bedrooms from about 1,328 square feet, with new and quick move-in homes listed from $297,990 to $370,990 across the roughly 160-lot community. Amenities include a resort-style pool with sun shelf, clubhouse, walking trails, and a pickleball court, and Moxie Homebuilders builds its own section on the same streets.
